Hello, I’m Jocelyn. I am a chemist, a pastry chef and a mom, among other things. I studied chemistry at university and worked in immuno-diagnostics/medical devices for years. Following a bit of a whim and a lot of passion, I went to culinary school and got a pastry and baking certificate. After about 8 years in the culinary industry, I returned to medical devices, but never gave up on my passion of pastries.

I am born and raised in Northern California, and currently reside in San Diego, California.
